I love the contrast of light furniture against a dark wall color. The étagère is custom made, I found it in a department store in Washington D.C. It holds a few of my special treasures: a white Staffordshire dog, a favorite throughout many of my projects; a photograph of me with my son Sebastian; an Irish toby jug for good luck; and a glass head statue. The chair is from the Dorothy Draper by Kindel Furniture.
